The 28-year-old man who crashed into and killed former The Herald SpecSavers Miss PE Bianca Anne Harper Agherdien in November 2014 has been sentenced to three years in prison in the Paterson Magistrate’s Court.

Maxwell Lebetsa’s vehicle collided with the 28-year-old beauty queen’s car after he overtook a truck despite double barrier lines just outside Alexandria.

He pleaded guilty to a charge of culpable homicide.
