ELLIOTDALE - MANHUNT LAUNCHED FOR ESCAPED SUSPECTS AND R30 000 REWARD OFFERED

South African Police Service are offering a reward of up to R30 000-00 for information which may lead to the successful arrest, prosecution and successful conviction of the suspect(s) involved in the fatal attack of tourists in Elliotdale in 2014. The two suspects, Sicelo Sigagayi and Mkanyise Qalingoma escaped on the way back from court during April 2016. Police believed that the suspects are in/ around Mthatha.

Police are appealing to the community members to assist them with any information that may lead to the re:arrest and conviction of the suspects. Information can also be reported at any nearest Police Station, and will be treated as confidential.
