The bail application of murder accused Christopher Panayiotou is expected to continue in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court today.It’s his third bail bid and prosecutors are expected to give reasons they don’t believe there’s any new evidence to justify the application. Panayiotou is accused of orchestrating the murder of his wife Jayde in April last year.
He allegedly paid a bouncer at his Infinity night club‚ Luthando Siyoni, to hire hitman Sizwezakhe Vumazonke to commit the murder. Panayiotou has admitted to cheating on his wife, but denies murdering her.
