The family of a 12-year-old girl who was shot execution-style in Port Elizabeth last week is raising funds for her burial this weekend.The girl’s father, who was also shot, is still in a critical condition in hospital.
Community leader Nico du Plessis says it’s believed the father and daughter witnessed the killing of alleged gangster, Donovan Berry.
Their house is directly opposite the spot Berry was shot 30 times.
Du Plessis says Berry’s killers wanted the father and daughter dead, fearing they would identify them.
