PORT ELIZABETH - MORE GANG VIOLENCE SEES 1 KILLED, ANOTHER SHOT IN GUNMAN'S MURDEROUS BLOEMENDAL ATTACK
A 22-year old Port Elizabeth man was killed in yet another fatal gang-related shooting in the city's northern areas at the weekend.Police spokesperson, Col Pricilla Naidu says it is alleged that two men went to a house in Bham Place in Bloemendal for a haircut on Saturday morning, when an unknown man approached from the back of the house and started shooting at them.
She says 22-year old Dillion Jordaan was fatally wounded in the back and arm, and he died at the scene, while his 29-year old friend sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Naidu says the barber escaped unharmed.
The Provincial Organised Crime Investigation Unit is investigating a case of murder and two of attempted murder.
Col Naidu says the incident was gang-related and no arrests have yet been made.
