UITENHAGE - 3 SUSPECTS ROB KWANOBUHLE WOMAN'S HOUSE AND TAVERN IN JOBELA STREET

On Tuesday, 21 May 2019 around 11:50pm, it is alleged the owner (woman) of a house in Jobela Street, KwaNobuhle, who was alone at the time of the incident, was sleeping and woke up to a noise outside.

It is said that when she went to investigate, she noticed two men at the fence trying to get into the property.  She further said that she tried to hide inside the tavern which is connected to the house, but a third man whom she did not see, managed to grab her. 

She further said that she was forced back to the main house, where another two men were waiting who demanded for money and valuables.  The suspects stole cash from the drawer, four cases of mixed beer, meat, a cellphone and coins from a pool table. 

It is said that the suspects loaded the goods into a white VW Golf and drove away.
