117 Councillors have petitioned the Speaker for a Special Council Meeting.
The Special Council Meeting will debate the future of Bobani as the Mayor. EFF Regional Chairperson Ngawethu Madaka, says the next mayor must come from minority parties, if Bobani is removed.
