Ngqamakhwe Police arrested a 23-year-old man for alleged murder of a 23-year-old man. It is alleged that both men were in a traditional ceremony at Qolweni Locality, Ngcisininde Village, Ngqamakhwe on Monday, 23 December 2019 at about 21h30.A quarrel ensued between the two men. Suspect is alleged to have drawn his knife and fatally stabbed the 23-year-old man on his upper body.
The suspect was traced and arrested. The suspect will appear before the Ngqamakhwe Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 27 December 2019 on a murder charge.
The identity of the deceased is still being withheld until all his relatives are officially informed of his death.
