An 18 year old was shot and wounded following a suspected gang related incident in Calvert Street, Gelvandale shortly after seven o clock in the evening. Labans says four men approached the victim's house and threw a petrol bomb against the wall, however it failed to ignite after which the suspects climbed onto the roof .
Labans says the men fired multiple shots through the roof hitting the victim twice.
Police have asked for anybody with information on this incident to come forward.
