A 32 year old man was shot and wounded by unknown suspects in the neck in Gelvandale.It is alleged that at about 13:00, the victim and his friend were walking from Beetlestone road in Gelvandale when the incident happened.
All the suspects are still at large.
Police are appealing to the community to assist them in their investigation. Lt Col Mike Grobler of the Gang Task Team may be contacted on 082 442 1825. Callers have the right to remain anonymous.
