Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, says a 27-year-old woman was at her car in the parking lot. outside a popular gymon Thursday night when she was confronted by three men.They forced her into the car and drove around until they ended up in Walmer Township.
Janse Van Rensburg says the men forced the woman at gunpoint to withdraw money from her account.
She says one of the men accompanied the woman in her car to the exit of Walmer Township where he got out and fled.
The woman was not seriously injured.Police are investigating cases of kidnapping and armed robbery.
