Members from SAPS Addo conducted a multi-disciplinary roadblock on the R335 today and obtained the following successes.
A 29-year-old man was arrested for the illegal possession of tik (12 packets) with an estimated value of R3888-00. He is due to appear in the Addo Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 6 March 2017.
A total of 201 vehicles were stopped and 24 fines to the value of R15 100-00 were issued. One unroadworthy vehicle was also confiscated.
