SASSA grant beneficiaries have taken to SASSA pay points across Port Elizabeth from as early as 5 am Monday morning, eagerly waiting for their pay outs.
Beneficiaries have endured weeks of uncertainty over whether they would be paid grants, even after the minister of social development Bathabile Dlamini promised they would be paid Monday.
