UITENHAGE - GROUP OF ARMED SUSPECTS ROB KWANOBUHLE BUSINESS

The South African Police Service in Kwanobuhle have launched a manhunt for a group of suspects who allegedly robbed a business in Ponanatini Road, Kwanobuhle today, 7 March 2019 at 17:45. It is alleged that the group entered the premises and pretended to purchase liquor.

The suspects (all armed with firearms) then threatened the 30-year-old complainant and one suspect assaulted the complainant. The suspects then took several bottles of liquor, an undisclosed amount of cash and cellphones. The suspects then allegedly fled in a yellow VW Golf from the scene.

No shots were fired during the robbery and detectives are following up on all possible leads.
