Msobomvu Police arrested a 23-year-old man for alleged murder of a 32-year-old man. The 32-year-old man was fatally stabbed on Saturday, 18 May 2019 at about 20h00 in a tavern at Bika Township, Butterworth.The deceased was identified by his father at the scene. The deceased suffered upper body injuries. The motive behind the murder is not yet clear. The suspect was arrested today and he will appear before the Butterworth Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 21 May 2019 on a charge of murder.
The identity of the deceased will be released once all his family members are officially informed about his murder.
