A case of culpable homicide is being investigatied following an accident that took place this morning. The victim has been identified as a 51-year-old woman from East London.It is alleged that the deceased was travelling on the R72 towards Alexandria from Port Elizabeth when she lost control of her vehicle which left the road and overturned. There were three dogs with her of which two died and the third is in the care of the local SPCA.
The management of the SAPS extend their sincere condolences to the bereaved family.
