Two suspects, aged 25 and 29, were arrested following the assaulting and killing of another 25-year-old man at Dalaguba A/A in Libode on Saturday evening, 14 December 2019.It is alleged that the deceased was from a local tavern with the suspects when a quarrel ensued between him and one of the suspects. The deceased attempted to stab him and others assaulted the deceased with sticks and he succumbed to his injuries.
Both suspects were arrested today, 15 December 2019. They will appear before Libode Magistrate Court on Tuesday the 17 December.
