According to police reports, the victim noticed two boys in school uniform sitting under a tree infront of his house in Kamesh Road, Uitenhage.As he was about to open his gate, he saw the boys taking out two firearms and started shooting in his direction. One bullet hit him in the back and a total of 6 shots were fired towards him.
The suspects fled on foot in direction of Mooimeisie street and the victim was rushed to Uitenhage Provincial hospital.
Investigations continue.
