PORT ELIZABETH - POLICE ARREST 3 ARMED MEN WHO WALKED INTO COUPLE'S HOME, THREATENED AND ROBBED THEM

Mount Road Cluster Detective Trio Task Team assisted by SAPS Bethelsdorp Crime Prevention members arrested three suspects allegedly involved in a house robbery which took place on Monday, 02 March 2020 in Kleinskool.

It is alleged that on the mentioned date at about 20:40, the complainant (22) and her boyfriend were inside their house at Moodley’s grounds in Kleinskool when 3 unknown males entered through the closed but unlocked door.

The couple were threatened with firearms and they took cash, a cell phone, cigarettes, a laptop; two grass cutters and cell phone accessories.

During early hours of this morning 02:30, the suspects were arrested at two houses in Ferreira’s Grounds in Kleinskool. Some of the stolen property was also recovered. They were detained on charges of house robbery and possession of suspected stolen property.

The suspects aged between 19-23 years old are expected to appear in court soon.
