The investigating officer succeeded in tracing a 30-year-old Kwadwesi woman who allegedly dumped a new born baby in Westbrook on 26 April 2020.
The woman was traced through the registration number of the vehicle on the video footage.
The case has been changed to concealment of birth and once investigation is complete, the matter will be handed to the senior public prosecutor for a decision.
