UITENHAGE - PUMP FAILURES CAUSE MAJOR WATER DISRUPTIONS ACROSS THE TOWN

Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality would like to inform residents that the City is currently experiencing water disruption in Uitenhage due to pump failures at Kabah treatment works and Van Riebeeck reservoir.

The affected areas include:

-Rosedale

-Fairbridge Heights

-Vanes Estate

-Van Riebeeck Hoogte

- Winterhoek Park

Water trucks are being mobilized to the affected areas.

The pumps are being refurbished and no time frames can be provided at this stage.
