PORT ELIZABETH - 3 MEN DRAG VICTIM FROM HIS HOME AND BEAT HIM TO DEATH FOR ALLEGEDLY STEALING CLOTHING FROM WASHING LINE

The quick response and following up of information led Walmer Detectives to the arrests of three suspects on charges of murder.


It is alleged that on Friday, 28 August 2020 at approximately 19:30 at G West, Slovo Street, Walmer location the deceased Nkosikona Mandeka was at his home. 

The suspects arrived at his house and demanded to see the victim; they dragged Nkosikona from his house and assaulted him.  It was alleged that Nkosikona stole clothes from a washing line. 

He was taken to hospital where he later passed away due to the injuries he sustained.   

Walmer Detectives opened a murder case and during the investigation they arrested three suspects aged between 21and 27 on charges of murder. 

All three suspects will appear in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate Court on Monday, 31 August 2020.
