PORT ELIZABETH - KABEGA PARK TEEN DIES SHORTLY AFTER SHE AND HER ENTIRE FAMILY ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL

Detectives in Kabega Park have launched an inquest docket after a 13-year-old girl died suddenly under unknown circumstances at the weekend.

Spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, says Tammy Ingram died early on Sunday morning after being admitted to hospital alongside her parents and 15-year-old brother in the early hours of Saturday morning.

It is believed, that on Friday the Ingram family, who reside in a complex in Richie Street in Kabega Park, retired to bed for the day.

Naidu says at about 3.20 am the entire family became ill and went to the hospital for treatment.

She says while the parents were treated and discharged the two children were admitted.

Naidu says the cause of Tammy’s death and what caused the entire family to become ill is not yet known.
