On Sunday 27 June 2021 at about 23:45, a shack burnt out in Lunga Ledwaba Street, NU30, Motherwell. When the Fire Department put out the fire, the body of 29-year-old Siyabulela Ntanjana was discovered inside the shack.
The victim stays alone in the shack and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
An inquest case was opened for investigation at Motherwell SAPS.
