On Sunday 27 June 2021 at about 21:30, an unknown male, estimated between the age of 20 and 30, was shot and killed by unknown attackers in Madaka Street, Kwazakele.
It appears that he was running away from them and attempted to enter a house in Madaka Street to escape them, but he was shot several times and he passed away on the scene.
Nothing seems to have been taken during the attack, and the motive remains unclear.
