Two suspects aged 31 and 32 are expected to appear at Somerset-East Magistrates’ Court soon, following crime prevention operations in Cookhouse.
It is alleged that on Tuesday 17 August 2021 at about 18:00 members were conducting vehicle patrols on the N10 road when they noticed a suspicious white Corsa motor vehicle traveling towards Cookhouse.
On stopping and searching the vehicle, the members recovered the following:
*21 Sachets tik
*Three sachets containing each one half and one quarter mandrax tablets and also a full mandrax tablets
*Two fairly new car radios
The two suspects were arrested for possession of drugs and possession of suspected stolen property.
