A 47-year-old female arrested for murder that occurred at Butterworth policing area on Thursday night.
It is alleged that the suspect had a quarrel with her husband (40) while attending a Farewell function.
The suspect who is the wife to the deceased hit him with an empty bottle and he fell down.
He succumbed to death on the scene.
The suspect was arrested for Murder and will appear at Butterworth Magistrate Court on Tuesday 10 August 2021.
