The Municipality wishes to inform residents that a 48-hour shutdown is required to affect emergency repairs on the Summit pipeline.
The shutdown will commence on Tuesday 12, April 2022 at 08h00.
Supply reservoirs will be filled during the night to minimise the posibility of storage levels depleting. We urge residents to use water sparingly.
Areas that may experience low water pressure or disruptions include:
- KwaNobuhle
- Direct offtakes from the Loerie bulk pipeline
