Police have launched a manhunt for two unknown armed suspects (men) who targeted the Indwe Post Office today.
On Wednesday, 18 January 2023, it is alleged that during early morning at about 7:30 police were summoned to a complaint of robbery in progress at the Indwe Post Office.
Information in police records indicate that two unknown men, who were both armed with firearms accosted the manager, as she was opening the premises for business.
She was allegedly held at gunpoint, and suspects managed to steal undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene.
No person was injured during the incident.
A case of business robbery was opened for further investigation.
The two unknown suspects are still at large.
Police are urging anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects to contact the Indwe SAPS on 045 952 1183.
