On Wednesday 11 September 2019, members of Graaff-Reinet Operational Command Centre members conducted an information driven operation against alleged drug houses in Asherville and Kroonvale, Graaff-Reinet.On arrival at these houses, the Members produced search Warrants which they had obtained from Graaff- Reinet Court and commenced the Search and Seizure operations.
During the operation, a 52-year-old female and a 31-year-old man were arrested for possession of drugs. The members recovered 50 full Madrax Tablets and 800 grams of the Drug Tik, all to the Value R 33 000
The Cluster Commander, Brigadier Rudolph Adolph commended the members of the Graaff-Reinet Cluster Operational Command Centre for their reaction to the information and recovery of the drugs.
