On Tuesday, 03 November 2020, at about 17:15 Stefano Rossouw (18) was seen walking with three unknown males in Jack Street, Missionvale.
It is alleged that they were arguing about money.
A short while later, Rossouw was found lying in a pool of blood by a member of the community.
He sustained an open wound on his head.
A case of murder was opened for further investigation.
