It is alleged that on 27 July 2021, a 32-year-old male was with his girlfriend at C Section in Duncan Village with their two-year-old daughter in their shack.
One male suspects enquired from the neighbour as to where the deceased girlfriend stays and the neighbour showed him the shack.
The suspect then left but returned immediately with two other suspects and they opened fire at the deceased, who then collapsed at the scene.
The three suspects then fled the scene on foot and the neighbours contacted the police for assistance.
The deceased had three gunshot wounds to the upper body and three spent cartridges were found at the scene.
The motive for the shooting is still unkown.
A case of murder has been opened and investigation is underway. No arrest has been made at the present moment.
