Detectives from the Family Violence Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit in Kariega is urgently seeking the community’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old girl who went missing on Wednesday, 22 December 2021.
Geneve Faith Maart, who is residing in Shinner Street, Tiryville, Kariega left her residence and went to a local shop at about 20:00.
Maart never returned home and she was officially reported missing to the SAPS on Monday, 27 December 2021.
She was clad in black tights, a purple t-shirt and black tekkies.
Geneve is about 1,6m tall and her weight 50kg.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the investigating officer, Detective Captain Jessica de Klerk on 071 352 4630, SAPS Crime Stop 08600 10111 or contact the nearest police station.
