SAPS Mount Road Detectives are investigating a culpable homicide involving a motor vehicle and a truck early Saturday 12/02 morning in Gqeberha.
It is alleged that on the abovementioned date at approximately 02:00 a Nissan truck was stationary in the middle lane on the M4 direction Mount Road off ramp due to mechanical problems.
A white VW Polo were also traveling on the freeway and collided into the back of the truck.
All three occupants of the vehicle died on the scene. The occupants in the Polo are still unknown and the names will only be released once the next of kin has been traced.
The investigation is ongoing
